With the growing news around the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to let you know what best practices we are implementing to ensure the health and safety of our clients and employees.
Staff Attendance – Our staff is committed to staying home if they are sick to protect clients and co-workers.
Clients – If there are symptoms of illness for any persons in your home please give us a call so that we can postpone or reschedule your cleaning.
High-Touch Disinfecting Procedure – We do want to bring a few things to your attention that you may not be aware of, during this time where cleaning to control the Coronavirus is our top priority. We are proud to be the only cleaning company in our area that is IICRC cleaning certified which means we follow very stick guidelines when cleaning our client’s homes and offices. The cleaning products that we use are from the Proctor Gamble’s Professional line and they are the same cleaning products that are used in hospitals and doctors’ offices. They kill all bacteria and viruses on contact, they cost us more, but we have always felt it is worth giving our client a clean and sanitized home or office and peace of mind. During this time, we have added a new high-touch disinfecting procedure where we use disinfectant cleaning agents on doorknobs, light switches, door frames, handrails, appliance control panels, and other high touch areas in the home, even all of our cleaning supplies. Our staff will be wearing gloves and a face mask while cleaning your home or office for added protection.
As we go about our daily lives in our community, when we go to the grocery store, when we go out to meet friends, or out to any public location we may worry that we are exposed to germs, but if those germs follow you home we are there to help you keep a safe and healthy home.
