Sales Coordinator

At our family-owned business, established in 2006, we’re seeking an exceptional Sales Coordinator to help us take our sales and customer relations to the next level. This position is part-time, from 11 am to 5 pm, starting at $16.00 an hour with performance-based bonuses. As our business grows, there will be potential for a full-time role with health and dental benefits.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our clients, building trust through excellent communication and personalized service.
  • Utilize your seasoned experience with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and exceed their expectations.
  • Close sales by effectively presenting product/service features and benefits, showcasing your persuasive skills and sales experience.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all sales-related documentation, tailored from the specific need from the customer, showcasing your persuasive skills, sales experience and genuine care for their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal staff members to ensure and coordinate a seamless and delightful customer journey from the first conversation creating an exceptional experience that exceeds their expectations. 
  • Act as a caring and relatable point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to our cause and mission, representing our family-owned business with integrity and pride.
  • Proven sales experience, demonstrating your ability to close sales and achieve targets goals.
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail to meticulously handle documentation, and all aspects of customer satisfaction, ensuring accurate completion of expectations and delivery high value experiences.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a warm and inclusive office environment, where you feel like a valued member of our
  • Seasoned experience in customer service, understanding the importance of personalized attention and exceeding expectations.

  • You will be working hand in hand with our administrator assistant and owners, contributing to the smooth flow of daily operations.
