Details Of The Job:

$500-$800 p/wk once full time
Mon-Fri 8am-6pm
Residential House Cleaning
Occasional Commercial Cleaning
Main Service Area: Shelby Township
Ability to earn extra income working Saturday 9 am-3 pm

Requirements:

The ability to lift 25 lbs; stand, bend, kneel, push, pull and perform cleaning duties
Ability to read, speak, and write English
Have a valid driver’s license
Your own insured transportation
Need to pass a criminal background check
Need to pass a background drug screening and criminal background check
Available Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Weekend/evening work available

This position is part-time, from 11 am to 5 pm, starting at $16.00 an hour with performance-based bonuses. As our business grows, there will be potential for a full-time role with health and dental benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with our clients, building trust through excellent communication and personalized service.
Utilize your seasoned experience with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and exceed their expectations.
Close sales by effectively presenting product/service features and benefits, showcasing your persuasive skills and sales experience.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all sales-related documentation, tailored from the specific need from the customer, showcasing your persuasive skills, sales experience and genuine care for their needs.
Collaborate with internal staff members to ensure and coordinate a seamless and delightful customer journey from the first conversation creating an exceptional experience that exceeds their expectations.
Act as a caring and relatable point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Demonstrate a commitment to our cause and mission, representing our family-owned business with integrity and pride.

What We're Looking For:

Proven sales experience, demonstrating your ability to close sales and achieve targets goals.
Exhibit exceptional attention to detail to meticulously handle documentation, and all aspects of customer satisfaction, ensuring accurate completion of expectations and delivery high value experiences.
Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a warm and inclusive office environment, where you feel like a valued member of our
Seasoned experience in customer service, understanding the importance of personalized attention and exceeding expectations.
A caring and relatable approach, with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting customer relationships.
Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to adapt strategies to meet varying customer needs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm.
Proficiency in using office 365 tools, Word, Excel, CRM scheduling software’s. Additionally, possessing marketing skills that will add that extra flair to your sales coordinator position.
Good written communication skills when replying to our clients.
You will be working hand in hand with our administrator assistant and owners, contributing to the smooth flow of daily operations.
